Wellbeing coaching
Do you dread going to work ? Are you having trouble switching off from work? Are you having difficulty managing work-related emotions? Do you worry about the upcoming working week every Sunday? Are you struggling to make time to care for yourself and loved ones? Are you are experiencing compassion fatigue or burning out in your career?
If the answer to any of these questions is “yes” then Wellbeing Coaching can help.
We will work together to enable you to flourish at work and home once more. I can help you to feel better in your professional life and I can help you to rediscover compassion, connection and calmness.
Wellbeing Coaching can also be integrated with Leadership Coaching and/or Career Coaching.
Wellbeing Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long but can be longer if needed, and are usually held 2-4 weeks apart for four sessions.
Please note I am a coach in this relationship and not a clinician or a therapist. I will be very specific with you around what I can and cannot provide as a coach. I may ask you to check with a healthcare professional before we proceed or during our relationship.
